Geelong is Victoria's second-largest city, about 75 km south-west of Melbourne on Corio Bay and the Barwon River. It is the centre of the City of Greater Geelong, stretching from the plains around Lara in the north to suburbs south of the Barwon such as Belmont and Grovedale, with the Bellarine Peninsula further east. That spread means a mix of older inner weatherboards, post-war housing, industrial edges around Corio and North Geelong, and newer estates on the fringe. Rats and mice push into roof voids when the weather cools, German cockroaches travel in boxes and appliances into homes and rentals, and redback and white-tailed spiders are a familiar call-out around sheds, garages and garden edges. Whether you are near the waterfront, the Ring Road or the southern suburbs, we inspect first and match the treatment to the pest.
